Order
1. How do I place an order?
Simply visit our website to place your order. It’s as simple as following these 5 steps, which take just 3 minutes!
- Choose your favorite product.
- Add it to your cart, along with any additional items you’d like.
- Pick your preferred delivery date and Time.
- Enter your billing and shipping information.
- Complete your payment, and we’ll get started on crafting your special gift.
Please confirm the content on the card is the final version before submitting your order. Once the order is submitted, the text cannot be changed. A fee of RM20 will be charged for any modifications.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an order number so you can easily track your purchase.
In addition, we will confirm your order via WhatsApp.
2. Can I collect the item by walking in?
Yes, you can place your order on our website and choose the pick-up in store option. Our retail store is located in Kuchai Lama, KL.
3. Do you accept order and offer delivery service on Sunday and public holiday?
Yes. For urgent order on Sunday and public holiday, please Call or WhatsApp us to confirm.
4. Can I place an order via Phone or WhatsApp?
To ensure the best shopping experience, please place your orders directly on our website. However, if you need assistance, we're here to help via phone or WhatsApp.
Payment
1. How do I make payment and what are the payment options available?
For your convenience, we offer the following methods of payment:
Razer Merchant Services Online Payment
- Visa and MasterCard
- Malaysia Online Banking, FPX
- DuitNow QR, Boost, GrabPay, MAE by Maybank2u
- ALIPAY, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, etc.
PayPal Online Payment
- PayPal account
- Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
2. Are payments on your site secure?
Yes, we use Razer Merchant Services Online Payment to ensure a secure shopping experience. Razer Merchant Services safely handles all credit card information and other payment methods. We do not store or have access to your details.
Delivery
1. Do you offer FREE delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders over RM250 within a 15km radius from our shop.
2. Where do you deliver?
We provide delivery services across Klang Valley, including KL and Selangor. For more remote locations, please contact us directly via WhatsApp.
3. Do you offer Same-Day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery on selected items only. For same-day delivery orders, please call or WhatsApp us to confirm availability.
Noted:
To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery, please make sure the recipient is available at the specified address to receive the flowers. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, requiring the driver to redeliver, a redelivery charge will apply.
